By downloading, installing, or using Reinvesty Dividend AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the App. The App is intended for users located in the United States. Certain features — including financial account connectivity through Plaid (Section 6) — are available only to U.S. residents with eligible U.S. financial institutions. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

The AI-generated research notes, quarterly analysis, reinvestment considerations, and all other content produced by Reinvesty are informational tools only. They are not tailored to your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives. Past performance data shown in the App does not guarantee future results.

Reinvesty and its operators are not registered as investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial planners with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any state securities regulatory authority. Nothing in the App constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation for any security, nor does it constitute an offer to provide investment advisory or other services.
Any references to specific securities, asset classes, or financial strategies are for informational and illustrative purposes only and should not be construed as recommendations. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.
Portions of the App’s content — including research notes, weekly digests, quarterly synthesis reports, and reinvestment considerations — are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Reinvesty does not represent that AI-generated content is complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. The AI does not have access to your personal financial situation, tax circumstances, or investment objectives.
Pro subscribers may connect their U.S. financial accounts to Reinvesty through Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"), a third-party financial data connectivity provider. Connecting an account enables Reinvesty to receive holdings and transaction information from your financial institutions, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
When you initiate a financial account connection:

We do not sell Plaid-sourced information. We do not use Plaid-sourced information for advertising. We do not share Plaid-sourced information except with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Reinvesty's access to your connected accounts is read-only. We cannot place trades, transfer funds, or take any action with respect to your accounts.
You may disconnect a connected account at any time through:
Disconnection revokes Reinvesty's authorization to receive further information from that account. Information previously received is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.
While we make reasonable efforts to accurately reflect data received from Plaid, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by Plaid or your financial institutions. You should verify important information directly with your financial institution.
Free tier. Free accounts may track up to three holdings. AI research features and financial account connectivity require a paid subscription.
Paid plans. Reinvesty Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your App Store or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reinvesty.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to provide accurate information when entering holdings data and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to:

Market data, dividends, financial metrics, and company information displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers including Plaid, financial data services, and public filings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any investment decision.
The App, its design, code, and AI-generated content are owned by Reinvesty. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App incorporates information from third-party data providers and integrates with third-party services including Plaid. Third-party content is provided "as is" and Reinvesty does not warrant its accuracy or completeness. Your use of third-party services (including Plaid) is governed by their respective terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reinvesty and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred dollars (USD $100) or (b) the total amount you paid to Reinvesty in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reinvesty, its operators, affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP OR BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS INCLUDING PLAID.
Reinvesty shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party data provider failures (including Plaid), cyberattacks, pandemics, or market closures.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal resolution. Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@reinvesty.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Reinvesty agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware or, at your election, may be conducted remotely by videoconference or telephone. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
Class action waiver. You and Reinvesty agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Reinvesty.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents Reinvesty from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
Time limit. Any claim arising from or related to the App must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Reinvesty may assign or transfer these Terms, and any rights and licences granted hereunder, without restriction or notification. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights hereunder without Reinvesty’s prior written consent.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reinvesty regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by providing notice through the App at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
